1. Return Policy Overview

At Shozm.com, we stand behind the quality of our shoes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Quick Return Facts:

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Free returns for defective items, customer pays for other returns
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after we receive your return

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, with the original soles undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, shoe care products, or any final sale items marked "Non-Returnable."

3. How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

Print the prepaid return label (if applicable)

Package & Ship

Pack items securely and ship using the provided label

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs vary depending on the reason for return:

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Sale items are only eligible for store credit
  • Return shipping costs (for non-defective items) are deducted from your refund
  • International returns may be subject to additional processing fees

6. Exchanges

We want to make sure you have the perfect fit! If you need to exchange your shoes for a different size:

  1. Initiate a return through our Returns Portal
  2. Select "Exchange" as your return reason
  3. Choose your preferred size
  4. We'll ship your new size once we receive the return
Important: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company - it may take some time to process
  3. Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund posts
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@shozm.com

8. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for store credit or a different size (subject to availability).

9. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shozm.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect/damage
  • A description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or exchange once we receive the item.

10. International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or import duties
  • Ensuring the package is properly labeled for customs

Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees from your bank.
